Short run production

Formula offers a high capacity, high quality in house production facility. Projects frequently require low volume production multiples. Typically CNC machined patterns are used to create RTV tooling. Parts are then cast from a wide range of material options, from rigid urethane and epoxy to soft rubber and flexible foam. Almost any material requirement can be achieved. Parts are offered as painted or cast in color and texture finishes packed and ready for assembly or as turn key housings.

Many projects require CNC machined post operations and assembly procedures. We handle all these needs in one facility, controlling all schedule requirements.
