Canine toy

As dog lovers we had a blast on this project. We first machined a pattern of the “tug” handle that was then used to create RTV tooling and cast a durable brightly colored part. The handle was 80 shore A durometer urethane, post cured to be ready for the wolf pack. The main housing was machined in ABS plastic and finished to meet the production color and texture. We are proud to say we had our own pup in the studio throughout this project.
