Packaging development

Using a proprietary technique, our client wraps complex containers with labels. The artwork is intentionally distorted in a pre-wrap state using computer algorithms. To validate the final graphic design, the client asked us to machine a white Delrin model for them to test the production shrink film and make adjustments.

On our next project we made a vacuum form tool and had a clear acrylic top formed. Then we wrapped a CNC machined base in brushed aluminum and applied the frosted finish to the top and graphics to the base.
